Casa Nettuno is located in the heart of Monte Circeo National Park, in the area Quarto Caldo, Punta Rossa, approximately 4 km from the village of San Felice Circeo, a very quiet location with stunning scenery.

The house was built in the fifties by the famous Roman architect Michele Busiri Vici and completely renovated in 2002.

The villa is on two floors, it’s equipped with all modern amenities and features 5 bedrooms with 11 beds.

The main feature of this villa is its position right on the coast, on a cliff overlooking the sea. The terrace and roof terrace in direction of the water offer a unique view.
Around Casa Nettuno there is a large, well-kept garden full of flowers and Mediterranean plants, with several open areas and a patio with a barbecue framed by bougainvilles and hibiscus plants.

The meals can be enjoyed on a big table outdoors. The house is equipped with every comfort and is characterized by great attention to detail in the decor.
Each room has a private bathroom. The entire house is equipped with high-speed telephone and wireless Internet access, satellite TV, CD stereo, dishwasher, washing machine and iron and ironing board and central heating.

A covered parking space for 3 cars is available. You can reach the sea water pool, which is about 10 meters from the sea just by following a short path.

The many rock platforms that extend over the crystal-clear water offer a perfect location for sunbathing. There is an outdoor shower and a fully equipped cabin next to the swimming pool.
